Dr. Lee Forest

Dr. Lee Forest received his Bachelor’s Degree in Science (Pre-Med) from Sacred Heart University, Fairfield, Connecticut. His Medical Degree was obtained at New York College of Osteopathic Medicine, Old Westbury, New York in 1998 and he completed his Internship and Residency in Family Practice Medicine at Peninsula Hospital Center, Far Rockaway, Queens, New York in 2001.
Dr. Forest became Board Certified in Family Practice Medicine in 2001. He has held positions as Associate Clinical Instructor at Bridgeport Hospital and Yale New Haven Hospital. He has extensive experience in all aspects of Family Medicine as well as Emergency Medicine, Nursing Home Medicine, Home Health Care and Physical / Sports Medicine. Dr. Forest started Fairfield Family Physicians in Fairfield, CT in 2001 and has been in Stratford, CT since 2003.

Mary Kay Wegman, APRN, B/C

Mary Kay Wegman received her Bachelor’s Degree In Nursing from Cedar Crest College, Allentown, PA. She went on to receive her Master’s Degree in Nursing from De Sales University and graduated as a Family Nurse Practitioner in 1999. She earned her certification from the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners as a Family Nurse Practitioner. She also earned board certification from the American Nurses Credentialing Center as an Acute Care Nurse Practitioner. She has experience in Cardiology, Nephrology, Emergency Medicine, Weight Management, and Family Practice. Mary Kay joined Fairfield Family Physicians in January 2014. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her family- husband and 3 children. She also enjoys baking and photography.
